Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Crown Time SRL ("we", "us", "our") may provide refunds for our professional services.

1. Nature of Services

Crown Time SRL provides professional consulting services including accounting, tax consulting, payroll, HR services, business consulting, and company registration assistance. Our services are customized to each client's specific needs and involve significant time and expertise investment.

2. Service Fees

All service fees are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work. Fees may be charged as:

  • One-time project fees
  • Recurring monthly or annual retainer fees
  • Hourly rates for specific consulting work

3. Refund Eligibility

Before Service Commencement: If you have paid for services that have not yet commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees incurred.

Partial Service Delivery: If services have been partially delivered, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the work already completed.

Completed Services: Once services have been fully delivered and work completed, refunds are generally not available, except in cases where we have failed to meet our contractual obligations.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at contact@crowntime.ro with:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Description of the services purchased
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Relevant invoice or payment reference numbers

5. Refund Processing

We will review all refund requests within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of approval. You will receive written confirmation of the refund decision.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Government fees and third-party costs paid on your behalf
  • Consultation time already used
  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Rush or expedited service fees
