Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel services with Crown Time SRL ("we", "us", "our") and the terms that apply to such cancellations.

1. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your service engagement with Crown Time SRL at any time by providing written notice. The terms and conditions of cancellation depend on the type of service and the stage of work completion.

2. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Monthly Retainer Services: For recurring monthly services (such as accounting or payroll), you may cancel by providing at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing period. Services will continue until the end of the current paid period.

Annual Contracts: For annual service agreements, cancellation terms are specified in your individual contract. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in your agreement.

Project-Based Services: For one-time projects, cancellation is possible before work commences. Once work has begun, fees for completed work will apply.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your services, please notify us in writing by:

4. Cancellation by Crown Time SRL

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met within the specified terms
  • Required documentation or information is not provided
  • There is a breach of the terms of service or engagement agreement
  • Continuing the service would violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • We will complete any work in progress up to a reasonable stopping point
  • All completed work and deliverables will be provided to you
  • Any outstanding fees for completed work will be due
  • Prepaid fees for undelivered services may be refundable per our Refund Policy

6. Document Handover

Upon service termination, we will return all client documents and provide necessary handover materials to facilitate transition to another service provider. We may retain copies of documents as required by law or professional standards.
